It probably depends on the show, but we walked through security at about 7pm for an 8pm show without waiting. I overheard one group that was spilling over tell their neighbor that they actually bought at least one extra seat just for this reason! We got there way too early. If you have broad shoulders (or actually any shoulders at all) be prepared to rub them with your neighbor. They did have 3 large video screens to watch when the action moved, but I can watch TV at home - I'd rather see my performer live. We were near the front but I'd imagine near the back would not be so great. Show up early? Can I bring my phone in? Are drinks or food served? I was able to find some photos from other reviewers to know that the main floor seating is ballroom chairs all apparently at the same level. Having never been to an event here before and not having stepped foot in this place for probably 15 years I didn't know what to expect. We saw Theresa Caputo on a -20 degree night.
